Scouting America has plenty of standard roles beyond these, like a New Member Coordinator who helps new families feel at home, or a Training Chair who keeps leaders current on theirs. If there's a role that would help the Pack and we don't have it, let's create it. What matters most is finding where your particular talents fit, not choosing from a fixed title.
