Main Event
This year's Derby will be in the Kiker Elementary cafeteria on Saturday, February 15 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
We can't do it without you. Volunteers Needed!
We welcome any volunteers who are available to help out with the event. Roles that will be available for race day include check-in and inspection/weighing of cars, concession sales, and breaking down and cleaning up after the event, among other things. Check out the open roles on the sign-up sheet, and thank you in advance for considering what you can do and contributing your time to make a memorable day for all of our Scouts.
Test Your Car Before the Race!
The night before the race event, on Friday, February 14, the track will be open and you will be able to test your cars from 7:00-8:30 PM. Not sure if your car is too heavy or too light? Come find out as we'll have our Race Day scales on location Friday night. Not sure if your car will clear the track? Come test it out and see for yourself.
